4. Payment Disputes: Disputes, chargebacks, or failure in completing the payments for services rendered.
In the event of such refusal, suspension, or termination of a paid account, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, discount, or other consideration to the user if we find it in the right manner to do so. The form and nature of such compensation are at our sole discretion, and the provision of it in one instance does not entitle anyone to it in another instance, nor does it obligate us to offer it in the future, under any circumstance.
Users acknowledge that Mapler Services Australia (RBXQoL) is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Mapler Services Australia (RBXQoL) has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the refusal of service, suspension, or termination of a paid account.
7.1. RBXQoL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
